Analysis of project performance is at the heart of the Performance Forum. Benchmarking allows you to compare yourself against your peers, other market players, or even your own past performance on a like-for-like basis. By determining areas of underperformance, you can establish a strategy for future improvements to save cost and time.
In addition to the Annual Scope of Work, Members of the Performance Forum can commission bespoke studies to benchmark projects against the industry data held within the PERFORMER database.
We can provide benchmarking services at any stage of the project development:
Once field production is in decline, a similar gated project timeline can be used within the decommissioning phase of the project, whether it be for facilities preparation or removal (or reuse). For more information on our Decommissioning Benchmarking studies, please contact us.
Our benchmarking service allows you to choose which metrics you would like your project measured against, taken from our standard library of over 200 metrics. We can advise you on metrics that will best highlight areas of strong performance and metrics highlighting where improvements can be made.

This will allow you to measure which strategies have been successful in the past and analyse where some projects may have underperformed. Due to the strict confidential nature of our PERFORMER database, we regret we are unable to benchmark non-Members against the industry standard.
