The Performance Forum Annual Conference Nov 9/10 2011
Benchmarking: A New Role in Strategic Planning

This conference starts a new future for the Performance Forum. It is intended to be unlike any other conference for benchmarking. We are a consortium managed by consensus and we only receive what we invest of ourselves into making it more meaningful.

As a joint industry practice we need to understand what it takes to address the global issues that directly affect our industry. Conferences must be transparent and provide clarity. The results must be supported by understanding causes and not driven by statistics or educated opinions. This conference engages Performance Forum Members to present case studies and we are delighted that ConocoPhillips, ENI, BP, Woodside and Hess have committed to providing speakers. There will be participation, research sharing and practice sharing. We are committed to making sure that there is ample time and an environment to network among ourselves.

The Performance Forum is a Joint Industry Project managed by Turner & Townsend. It provides an industry-approved, independent assessment of the performance of offshore, upstream production facilities. For further information on our conference or a registration form, please contact Aileen Jamieson at perform@turntown.com or Tel +44 131 347 3400.
